Miss Deaf Pageant defies odds

Chiedza Hukuimwe (23) was crowned Miss Deaf Zimbabwe 2017 at an event held at Longcheng Plaza last month. Ruth Mukombe and Natasha Sibanda were crowned as First and Second Princesses respectively.
